Associa Community Management Concepts (CMC) of Jacksonville, Florida began the new year strongly with three new Jacksonville communities signing up for their homeowner association services following up a successful year of growth for the firm in 2015.
Two developments of single-family homes adjacent to the Deercreek Country Club and one townhome community west of Interstate-95 joined Associa’s client roster recently, the organization reported.
Deercreek Country Club Owners Association, with 668 households surrounding the upscale grounds of the country club, and Edgewater at Deercreek, also located alongside the facility with 71 homes, hired Associa CMC to manage their respective operations.
