Soaring over Miami’s skyline at 83 stories tall, the mixed-use Panorama Tower just became Atlantic Broadband’s exclusive client, commissioning the national cable provider for the project’s anticipated 2017 completion with plans for vibrant, diverse occupancy.
In spearheading the project located on Brickell Avenue, Florida East Coast Realty LLC (FECR) consciously sought the highest quality of service in its technology choices, Tibor Hollo, FECR’s chairman and president, said.
“[W]e sought partners … committed to delivering the ‘best of the best’ in design, technology, and innovation, and Atlantic Broadband had the vision and expertise that we needed,” Hollo said. “We are excited to work with such an innovative and flexible local partner to provide our residents and guests with the fastest Internet, impeccable wireless coverage — no matter the carrier — and superior TV entertainment offerings.”
Investing $4.5 million for a state-of-the-art fiber network, Atlantic Broadband has committed to the highest quality of service for what is sure to become a global landmark, the company said, providing TiVo service, internet speeds up to 1 Gigabit per second, and cellular coverage.
“Panorama Tower is a massive undertaking with its three-million-square-foot complex, and we’re excited to deploy the fastest and best technologies for area residents and businesses, as well as be part of history in having a hand in one of the biggest projects in Miami and on the eastern seaboard,” Richard Shea, Atlantic Broadband president and CEO, said.
Atlantic Broadband, the nation’s 12th largest cable operator, provides eastern U.S. markets located throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware, South Carolina and Connecticut in addition to Miami Beach from its headquarters in Quincy, Massachusetts.
