Logan, Utah-based N-Hance Wood Renewal recently unveiled its plans to open over two dozen new branches of its home renovation business in the Sarasota and Fort Myers, Florida areas.
Research has revealed a trend of Americans spending more on home renewal over the past decade. The company, operating over 410 franchises nationwide, plans to launch 100 additional venues during 2016 with one-fourth of those located in Florida.
“Florida has been one of our most popular areas for new franchises in the last three years,” Riley Petersen, N-Hance’s franchise development director, said. “There are several reasons for that, but a big part of the success we’ve seen can be credited to our existing franchisees in the market. They are incredibly helpful to those trying to get their operations off the ground. Fort Myers, Sarasota, Naples and parts of Miami are really the last major areas where we lack coverage.”
Company leaders credit partner loyalty and customer satisfaction as the impetus for its remarkable growth. Franchisee Patrick Hagerty runs a total of four outlets, while another franchisee, Juan Reynaud, takes pride in specializing in cabinet refinishing and replacement.
“The ability to revamp a customer’s kitchen without the cost of replacing cabinets is critical — it is truly amazing to see their reactions as they can’t believe the finished product is their old kitchen,” Reynaud said. “One advantage that really sets us apart from our competitors is that we can, in some cases, begin a wood renewal process when the customer goes to work in the morning and have it completed by the time they get home. Homeowners are amazed by the quality results in just a short amount of time.”
