Saint Leo University, in the Pasco County town of Saint Leo, recently welcomed business expert Robert Quinn aboard as its new VP of business development.
Quinn, currently deputy director of intelligence community programs at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, serves as an instructor in the Department of Information Sciences and Technology, as well as an instructor in the Senior Capstone Program for GMU's Volgenau School of Engineering.
Quinn also currently acts as CEO of Gateway Management Group Inc., a management consulting and organization strategy firm.
Saint Leo, under Quinn’s direction, will grow its business and government partnerships for the purpose of continuing education for its employees and students.
Quinn earned his bachelor’s degree in English literature and an MBA from Fordham University in New York. With a background in corporate management, he also served in the U.S. Army, earning several prestigious medals. Prior to joining George Mason, Quinn worked in a leadership capacity for Gemini Consulting Inc.’s North American financial services branch.
