Workforce innovator Pontoon, a Jacksonville-based business specializing in talent outsourcing worldwide, recently initiated a new business intelligence platform to complement its existing array of services and render services more forthcoming from all angles.
Until now, systems for talent acquisition have stressed supplier performance and regularly have been perceived as vehicles for disciplinary action.
Now, Pontoon’s Supplier Performance Optimization (SPO) Services instead places an emphasis on collaboration, enabling suppliers to participate in analysis of delivery function, delivering a brand-new cooperative approach to the process.
“After interacting with staffing agencies worldwide, we know that this level of business intelligence can only be achieved with an intimate approach based on personalization and collaboration,” David Pesante, Pontoon’s senior vice president of analytics, said.
The company’s new SPO Services highlights personalized data, supplier-driven exploration and in-depth market analytics coupled with an understanding of hired candidates’ characteristics.

Pontoon client Henry Suarez, who serves as senior vice president of analytics at Signature Consultants, a staffing provider based in Fort Lauderdale, was among the first clients to utilize SPO Services.
