Membership-style vacation package provider Interval International, a branch of ILG, recently promoted longtime team member Marcos Agostini to executive vice president of business development to direct global sales and initiatives from its Miami hub.
Agostini joined the company in 1993, beginning his tenure in Venezuela for the firm’s Latin American division and advancing to sales and operations positions. Most recently, he was senior vice president of resort sales and business development.
While working in the Latin American market, Agostini played an important role in the company’s relationships with Central America, South America and Mexico.
“Marcos is a dynamic leader who has played a key role in increasing our market share in the Latin America region,” Interval President David Gilbert said. “He has been very successful in supporting our clients in building their businesses and attracting new entrants to the industry. We are confident that he will continue to do so, now on a global scale.”
