Ware Malcomb opens Miami office, envisions bridge to Latin America

International design firm Ware Malcomb recently opened its first office in the Southeast part of the country with a new location in Miami Lakes, Florida.

At 15150 NW 79th Court, Suite 200, the new office is the company's 17th North American location.

The niche company specializes in architectural and interior design, civil engineering, and branding services for commercial real estate and corporate clients.

"With an increasing portfolio of projects in the Southeast and more than 10 active projects in Florida alone, we are excited to open a new office in Miami to better serve our clients in the region," Lawrence R. Armstrong, CEO of Ware Malcomb, said. "The Miami office will also serve as a bridge to our growing business in Latin America. All of us at Ware Malcomb look forward to a bright future in this exciting and vibrant market."

Stirling Moore has been named regional manager for the Miami branch. Since joining Ware Malcomb in 2014, Moore has been instrumental in establishing the firm’s Florida presence.

"Since 2013, Ware Macomb has been providing architectural services for 10 new buildings for Flagler Global Logistics in the Miami and Titusville markets," Michael Bennett, principal of Ware Malcomb, said. "Most recently, we provided architecture and interior design for a 252,500-square-foot built-to-suit distribution warehouse and offices for Starboard Cruises in Miami. We look forward to growing our office and providing a high level of service to our clients in this key market."

Founded in 1972, the company has achieved significant growth over the past five years with a 170 percent increase in annual revenue from 2010 to 2015. Within the last 15 months, Ware Malcomb opened new quarters in New York and Seattle, with plans for expansion in northern California, Toronto, Denver and New Jersey.
