Global Tech LED acquires Solstice LED System patents

Bonita Springs, Florida company promises to seek retribution from anyone who infringes on patents.

Bonita Springs, Florida-based lighting solutions firm Global Tech LED recently received a pair of U.S. patents for its LED Solstice System.

"We have experienced a large influx of copy cat products from Asia that are infringing on our patents," Gary Mart, the company's CEO, said. "We will be unyielding in our pursuit of those that infringe, and the manufacturers, distributors and end users that do so will experience the legal consequences of their actions."

Committed to building a green infrastructure with LED products that improve efficiency, durability and productivity, Global Tech prides itself as a leader in the LED market and frowns on cheap imported imitations.

“It not only hurts Global Tech LED, but…also has an adverse effect on our economy" Mart said. "We have been diligent in our efforts to provide [a] superior USA LED lighting product that we are proud to say is made in the USA."

Marketing horticultural, stadium, airport and other types of lighting, Global Tech LED also offers top-quality LED modules, retrofit kits and fixtures. It is positioning itself for long-term, international, regulatory- and environmentally driven growth.

"Not all LED products are created equal, and our USA-made Solstice products outpace and outperform any competitor on the market today, demonstrating the quality commitment driving our innovation," Mart said.
