Katie Pemble has submitted her resignation not only from C1 Bank in general, but also the boards of the bank and C1 Financial, the holding company that holds the interests of C1 Bank.
"Since joining the bank in 2010, Katie has served in a number of important roles, most recently as Florida Market president where she was an important voice for C1 Bank in the community," C1 Bank President and CEO Trevor Burgess said. "Please join me in thanking Katie for the contributions she has made to C1 Bank."
C1 Bank is a by-entrepreneurs-for-entrepreneurs bank in Florida, serving thousands of not only savers, but borrowers as well. They have 32 locations in the Central Florida region, and were rated the sixth fastest-growing bank in the continental United States.
C1 Bank is also the official bank of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Tampa Bay Rowdies and The Outback Bowl. They are also a corporate partner of the Miami Heat.
C1 Bank was voted as having the coolest office spaces in the country in 2014, and Burgess won the 2013 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in Florida in the Financial Services category and was named American Banker's Community Banker of the Year in 2014.
