Three top South Florida trial lawyers have joined forces to found the firm of Dolan, Dobrinsky and Rosenblum in Coconut Grove, the trio announced Sept. 25.
Dan Dolan, Manuel Dobrinsky and Randy Rosenblum established their joint civil trial law practice to continue specializing in insurance coverage, personal injury, class action, business litigation, and medical malpractice cases. With over 70 collective years of experience and a solid reputation for fighting for injured clients throughout Florida and the U.S., the attorneys represent victims of negligence, carelessness and malpractice.
“The three of us have spent our careers handling only the most serious cases — those involving preventable deaths and life-changing injuries,” said Dolan, who was elected Dade County Trial Lawyers Association president in 2008 and has been selected as one of the Best Lawyers in America since 2013.
Dobrinsky, with many "bests” to his credit including Best Lawyers in America from 2009 to the present, also served as Dade County Trial Lawyers Association president (2009) and as a National Institute of Trial Advocacy instructor at Nova Southeastern University. He is fluent in Spanish.
Rosenblum, also a “Best Lawyer” since 2012 and named among Florida’s Legal Elite by Florida Trend magazine the same year, has garnered prestigious credits and recognition. He has appeared as a legal correspondent on local and national media, including MSNBC and Fox News Channel’s "The O’Reilly Factor.”
The principals share a commitment to achieving justice quickly and aggressively. Together, they have won cases or reached settlements in excess of $240 million, including high-profile cases, product liability, automobile and other severe injury cases.
