Rayonier Advanced Materials Inc. announced this week from its Jacksonville, Florida, headquarters that Charles Edward "Eddie" Adair has been elected to its board of directors, effective immediately.
Since 1993, Adair has been a partner of venture capital management companies Cordova Ventures and Kowaliga Capital Inc., where he serves as manager of venture capital funds. Previously, he served as president and COO of Durr-Fillauer Medical Inc.
Adair is currently on the board of directors of Tech Data Corporation and Torchmark Corporation, and he previously served on the board of PSS World Medical Inc. A certified public accountant, he holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Alabama.
