“Living and breathing” Miami Beach’s desirable South of Fifth neighborhood, power brokers Sonia Toth and Keith Marks have joined Douglas Elliman’s Miami Beach office to increase their market penetration, it was announced this week.
"Keith and Sonia will play a significant role in Douglas Elliman's continued growth, and we are thrilled to welcome such an internationally renowned team to our family," Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Douglas Elliman's Florida brokerage, said.
Born into a family of real estate professionals and investors in Brazil, Toth built her career in South Florida, having moved to south Beach in 1998. A member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches, Sonia is a Certified Luxury Homes Market Specialist. She earned a degree in legal studies from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
Keith Marks joined South Pointe Drive Realty in 2011, leveraging his business acumen to facilitate investment aspects for buyers and sellers. Serving as President of the Continuum North Tower Association and as President of the Continuum Master Association, Marks earned a B.S. in computer science from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
Currently, with over $66 million in luxury properties located in Miami Beach's South of Fifth neighborhood, including Continuum North and South, Apogee and Portofino, the team's in-depth market knowledge -- combined with significant business relationships established in Brazil -- will continue to showcase the company as a leader in South Florida real estate.
Douglas Elliman Real Estate was founded in 1911 and has been ranked among the nation’s top four residential real estate companies nationwide since 2007.
