Northwest Florida’s World Impact Real Estate’s newest agents, Abner and Lena Williams, are native Floridians with deep roots in the area.

They are also married — to each other — with children, and have strong ties to their community.

Both grew up on Florida’s Emerald Coast. Proverbial high school sweethearts, the couple married two dozen years ago shortly after graduating from Niceville High School — designated as a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence — and now have two sons.

Abner entered into real estate after the closing of Edwin Watts Golf’s corporate office, where he worked for 15 years. A 2013 graduate of the BOLD leadership program, Abner is also a 2015 graduate of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors Leadership program.

Additionally, Abner has been nominated for "Realtor of the Year" by the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, based in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Lena recently retired from her 14-year teaching career with Okaloosa County Schools — also headquartered in Fort Walton Beach — and attained her real estate license shortly thereafter.

Abner and Lena are both active members of ECAR’s Toys for Tots task force.

World Impact Real Estate, located in Destin, Florida at 4507 Furling Lane, Suite 203, is the largest independent brokerage firms in Northwest Florida. It boasts agents from diverse backgrounds, and outstanding customer service.
