Rand Internet Marketing plans eCommerce Expo South Florida for February

Florida’s Rand Internet Marketing will host the second annual eCommerce Expo South Florida in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on Feb. 17 for prospective and existing e-commerce entrepreneurs, with guest speakers covering all aspects of online marketing.

Slated for the Bahia Mar in Fort Lauderdale and co-hosted by Alabama-based hosting company Simple Helix, the event will help proprietors explore online business tactics from search engine optimization to shipping.

Media and registration promoters include South Florida Business & Wealth Magazine (SFBW), digital marketing firm Listrak and Rutz Roberts Productions. Presenting sponsors are OroCRM, an open source CRM software company; Total Tech Care, a managed IT services firm; and Restored Digital Solutions, specializing in copiers and toner.

E-commerce sales tax firm Avalara and mobile-app support company Shopgate have also signed on as event supporters. Additionally, Rand will feature some of its community-oriented non-profit partners.

"We are extremely excited to host the eCommerce Expo South Florida event again next year," Rand Internet Marketing’s Founder and CEO Seth Rand said. "We look forward to discussing a variety of e-commerce topics, along with making new business relationships and learning more about the latest technologies that e-commerce businesses can benefit from."

The expo is free to all manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers, plus those already operating an e-Commerce website. Rand encourages Web professionals to attend for networking with participants who may require online design and marketing skills.

Fort Lauderdale-based Rand Internet Marketing has served hundreds of U.S. and South Florida businesses since 2010.
