Access Management, a residential management firm based in Orlando, Florida, recently announced alliances with seven regional home construction partners.
The new alliances mirror improvements in the area's housing market and enable Access to keep pace with Florida's economy.
Responsive to local needs, Access has fostered relationships with several reputable home building industry leaders: Pulte Homes, Lennar, D.R. Horton, Park Square Homes, KB Home, Beazer Homes and Neal Communities.
"I only wish all management companies were as responsive and accommodating as the Access team," the City of Orlando’s District 1 Commissioner Jim Gray said.
Pulte Homes is at the forefront of energy-efficiency, having won many awards. Lennar, operating in Miami since 1954, enjoys its reputation for integrity and innovation. D.R. Horton has maintained its status as the nation’s top homebuilder by Builder Magazine since 2002.
Park Square Homes, family owned and operated, is among Florida’s largest residential development businesses. KB Home, originally started to create housing for returning Korean War veterans, has blossomed into a top Energy STAR partner, winning excellence awards for the last four consecutive years.
Beazer Homes dates back to the 17th-century when George Beazer plied his trade in Marshfield, England. Today’s version of the ancestral family company has built thousands of homes, including 170,000 on U.S. soil. Neal Communities focuses on the homeowner’s environmental experience and sustainability. The firm states that “a person will know they're in a community of distinction within 30 seconds of arriving.”
Orlando-based Access Management, a subsidiary of Access Hotel and Resorts, was established in 2012 by founders with over 80 years of combined hospitality experience.
