Jacksonville’s GuideWell Source reveals two key leadership choices

GuideWell Source, an administrative support firm based in Jacksonville, Florida, announced recently that Harvey Dikter and Tom Anderson will step up to executive leadership positions within the company as the firm looks to expand.

The GuideWell Source consortium of companies, for which the changes became effective as of Jan. 1,  includes GuideWell Source, First Coast Service Options Inc., Novitas Solutions Inc. and GuideWell Allegiance.

Harvey Dikter is now both president and COO for GuideWell Source, and president and CEO of First Coast and Novitas. He has been with the firm since 2005 and previously worked for Exelon Corp.

Tom Anderson will serve as CEO and president of GuideWell Allegiance, and will continue his in his current role as the parent company’s VP, chief legal counsel, compliance officer and secretary. Before coming on board with First Coast in 2011, he worked with Northrop Grumman Corp. and Huntington Ingalls Industries as counsel.

GuideWell Source delivers administrative services for government-sponsored health programs. It has over 3,000 employees.
