Real estate industry veteran and Tampa, Florida resident Rick Harcrow has taken the helm as regional president of GreenPointe Communities LLC, with plans to guide the firm’s community-oriented ventures in crafting viable mixed-use developments.
Harcrow most recently served as SVP for the Newland Real Estate Group’s Southeast Division located in Tampa, overseeing over 20,000 residential units and 1 million square feet of retail and mixed-use space. In addition, he has had practical homebuilding and legal experience to inform his new position.

A devoted industry and community advocate, Harcrow has served on historic and land advisory boards and is an appointee to the Tampa Economic Development Committee and HomeAid.
