Cape Coral, Florida-based training firm Legacy Education Alliance Inc. this week announced the permanent appointment of Christian Baeza to CFO as of Jan. 1, formalizing his position after he served in an interim capacity.
Prior to his tenure with Legacy, Baeza worked at Kraton Performance Polymers Inc., where he played an instrumental role in that company’s IPO in 2009 as well as other firms’ similar transitions, including Spectra Energy Corp.
Having earned a B.B.A. in accounting and finance from Florida International University, Baeza started his professional career with Arthur Andersen LLP. Additionally, he is the CFO of Tigrent Inc.
