Florida’s TekPartners selects Marmon for twin roles as EVP, chief strategy officer

P2P staffing company TekPartners recently announced the appointment of Randy Marmon to the dual position of EVP and the newly created role of chief strategy officer.

P2P staffing company TekPartners of Coral Springs, Florida recently announced the appointment of Randy Marmon to the dual position of EVP and the newly created role of chief strategy officer.

"We are happy and excited to welcome Randy to the TekPartners family as a full-time member of the executive team. In an industry where you cannot put a value on experience, Randy has precisely the skill set we want in a chief strategy officer," Harris Katz, TekPartners co-founder and CEO, said.

Vito Scutero, also co-founder and CEO of the private staffing firm, praised Marmon’s industry know-how equally, noting his strength in strategic growth initiatives; Marmon himself expressed mild surprise at the turn of events, stating that he was not anticipating or seeking a new position until he met with Katz and Scutero.

“Their energy is contagious and after completing an eight-month consulting engagement it has become clear that our individual personalities and business philosophies are completely aligned,” Marmon said. “The newly created role of chief strategy officer will leverage my strengths and will focus on formalizing the company's strategic planning process as well as developing and implementing the firm's strategies. I am extremely honored to be invited onto such a great team."

Marmon most recently served as founder and president of Human Capital Transformation LLC, a consulting firm. Previously, he worked with Kforce for over 20 years, playing a key role in the company’s transformative growth.
