A new senior consultant, two staff accountants, and one staff consultant have joined the staff at James Moore, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, the highly recognized regional Florida firm announced recently.
With offices in Daytona Beach, Gainesville, and Tallahassee, the firm welcomed the foursome — Deborah Beyerl, Steven Bockman, Michael Messano, and Tracy Postlethwaite — to augment its north and central Florida operations.
Deborah Beyerl comes on board as senior consultant in the Accounting and Controllership Services unit, with 20 years of expertise in bookkeeping, office management, accounts payable and receivable, vendor and financial statements, and monthly reports, as well as workmen’s compensation and liability audits. She will see to bookkeeping and accounting for James Moore’s business and nonprofit clientele.
Steven Bockman, previously an accounting and tax specialist for a Gulf Breeze, Florida business, has performed corporate tax work, defense subcontractor financial reviews, quarterly payroll, estate and sales tax analysis, and has formed various types of corporations. He and Michael Messano, with extensive bookkeeping practice at a Maitland, Florida firm, will handle the firm’s auditing and tax tasks as staff accountants.
Tracy Postlethwaite comes to James Moore from a health care practice management firm in Gainesville, with know-how in monthly and quarterly report generation, income tax filing, client billing and accounts receivable. As the company’s newest staff consultant, she will process accounts payable and receivable, payroll, bookkeeping and accounting, and financial statement preparation for clients.
