Named by the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) as 2015 Builder of the Year, Mattamy Homes’ Jacksonville Division proudly acknowledged its status recently with a nod to staff efforts and its visibility in local affairs.
"We were humbled to be recognized for such a top honor through NEFBA for something that we really view as standard business practice — giving back to your industry association," Cliff Nelson, Jacksonville Division president, said. "This is the most prestigious award handed out by NEFBA and we are very honored to have received it."
Mattamy, with hubs in Jacksonville, Orlando, and the Tampa area as well as other locations across the U.S. and Canada, is known for its distinctive communities and original floor plans. The company has constructed many Florida single-family homes and townhomes in Clay, Duval, and St. Johns counties. Locally, Mattamy has participated in the Northeast Florida Builders Association-sponsored Parade of Homes in Jacksonville.
"This is a well-deserved accolade for a job well done,” Mattamy's U.S. Group President Jim Leiferman said. “I want to thank the entire Mattamy Jacksonville team for all that they do to make Mattamy the best and delivering on our commitment to provide the best homeowner experience to our customers. None of this happens without focus, dedication, passion and leadership."
