With theater and community service activities embellishing Chris Ferguson’s career experience, Naples, Florida-based FTE Networks Inc. recently announced the appointment of Ferguson to its board of directors, additionally naming him chairman of the firm’s compensation committee.
Currently on the board of directors for a children's theater in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and active in a nonprofit devoted to teaching children life skills, Ferguson models a humanitarian leadership profile. He is a managing director at Tern Capital Partners LLC, a private equity investment firm of his own founding; he has founded a total of four companies, one with former New Jersey Gov. James Florio.
A member of the bar in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Ferguson obtained a bachelor of arts degree from Villanova University in 1990 and graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1994.
"We are excited to add a very talented leader like Chris to our board of directors," Michael Palleschi, FTE Networks chairman and CEO, said. "Chris brings a wealth of knowledge in our industry to the table. I am confident that Chris will be a significant contributor to the company, helping to build value for our shareholders."
FTE, a global networking infrastructure service provider, maintains telecommunications and technology systems and infrastructure services internationally.
