Orlando, Florida-based Liberty Investment Properties recently revealed the grand opening of its first Tampa project, the innovative WoodSpring Suites Signature Clearwater Hotel at 15672 Highway 19 N., offering a range of accommodations and amenities.

With three types of rooms to choose from, WiFi and a fitness center, WoodSpring also includes in-room kitchens, laundry facilities, vending and gathering areas.

"We couldn't be more excited for visitors to the Tampa/St. Pete area to experience this unique product from our partners, WoodSpring Hotels," Liberty Investment Properties VP Matthew Downs said. "The combination of comfort, convenience and cost-effective prices makes WoodSpring Suites Signature Clearwater an ideal choice for extended stay out-of-towners."

The 122-room facility was created in conjunction with Foundry Commercial — also of Orlando and formerly known as CNL Commercial Real Estate — to facilitate site development and acquisition. Together, Foundry and Liberty intend to expand their scope with an additional five WoodSpring Suites in Tampa and another five in Charlotte, North Carolina.

"Helping Liberty Investment Properties bring WoodSpring Hotels to the Tampa market for the first time has been an honor for us," Foundry Commercial’s CEO Paul Ellis said. "Our company is always searching for ways to improve the communities we serve, and this new hotel is sure to be a valuable asset for visitors to the Tampa area."
