Promising to capture South Beach’s “spirit, soul and electric attitude,” South Florida’s Miami Grill chain launches its premiere West Palm Beach venue 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. tomorrow, April 2, on Rosemary Avenue near Publix.
Grand opening events will include music, face painting, menu samplings, door prizes and a chance to win $50,000. Unlike other fast casual chains, Miami Grill will have “something for everyone,” from Angus burgers to beer, mahi mahi to marinades, salads, wings and pitas.
"We are bringing the tastes and sensation of South Beach to the coastline of West Palm," Miami Grill CEO Richard Chwatt said. “With the help of our franchisees, Miami Grill is becoming the fastest growing restaurant concept in the world.”
The venue arises in cooperation with experienced franchiser Dan Finlayson and investors Miami Subs Capital Partners 1 Inc. and equity partner, Armando Christian "Pitbull" Pérez.
Finlayson plans to open a second West Palm Beach location at 7800 Okeechobee Blvd. in mid-April. Additional openings are planned in Boca Raton and Margate.
"The Miami Grill concept is absolutely booming in growth and we couldn't be more excited to continue its expansion into Palm Beach County," Robert Haar, Miami Grill’s VP of franchise development, said.
