Duane Morris LLP, with law offices worldwide, recently announced a roster of five new partners with diverse experience joining its Miami office.

The new partners are Robert Zinn, William Rohrer, Anastasios Kastrinakis, Marsha Madorsky and Roger Goldman.

"Duane Morris is a great fit for us," Zinn said. "The global firm is well-known for its collegial culture, collaborative approach and business savvy. It starts with Duane Morris management and our entire team saw it in every interaction with the attorneys and staff at offices in the U.S. and abroad. We could see from the outset that this is a place that practices law the way we do. We can't wait to get started."

The entire group comes to the firm from Carlton Fields Jorden Burt P.A., a nationwide practice with offices in Florida. Zinn primarily handles mergers and acquisitions. Rohrer, a C.P.A., handles tax planning, while Kastrinakis focuses on cross-border tax and equity matters.

Madorsky has expertise in estate and trust management and litigation; Goldman specializes in complex real estate transactions including acquisitions and development of assisted living facilities.

"Robert, Bill, Marsha, Roger and Anastasios are an accomplished team of partners who are well-known in Miami, New York and around the country," John Soroko, Duane Morris chairman and CEO, said. "Their abilities and achievements speak for themselves, and we are delighted to have them join us."

The Duane Morris Miami office handles a broad array of cases ranging from local to international. Globally, the firm employs over 750 attorneys.
