A1A Airport & Limousine Service of Boca Raton, Florida recently garnered Midsize Operator of the Year ranking from among 2,200 contenders at an industry convention held in Las Vegas, the company reported.
“We were taken entirely by surprise,” A1A Limo owner Rick Versace said. “Winning the award is a validation of how hard our staff works day in and day out. It is extremely rewarding to be recognized for this honor.”
A1A was recognized based on the criteria of superior customer service, safety, technology, marketing and training, and community involvement.
The 2016 LCT Show, sponsored by LCT (Limousine, Charter & Tour) Magazine, is the world’s largest gathering for limo, charter and tour enterprises. The honor is A1A’s second such recognition; the firm also having claimed the 2015 Limousine Operator of the Year award from the Taxicab, Limousine & Paratransit Association.
“People always need high quality transportation,” Versace said. “We are going to do for the ground transportation industry what Century 21 did to the real estate Industry by … using systems and marketing techniques that create loyal customers and deliver high margins.”
Airport pickup, special occasions, and most importantly, client satisfaction have driven Versace’s business since he founded it in Brooklyn, New York over 35 years ago.
“We try to make every ride a memorable occasion,” Versace said. “For A1A, it’s not about the money. It’s about doing the job right. If you do the job right, the money will follow.”
