Houston-based National Waste Management Holdings Inc. said Wednesday that subsidiary Gateway Rolloff Services LP -- based in Odessa, Florida — will add dumpsters in key locations across Florida, both for added convenience and in anticipation of company growth.
National Waste Management Holdings Inc. is a solid-waste management firm specializing in C&D collection, hauling and recycling. Servicing Florida's west coast and the upstate New York region, National Waste acquired Gateway Rolloff Services in December 2015.
"We continue to aggressively expand Gateway since completing the acquisition…” National Waste Management Holdings CEO Louis Paveglio said. “We are ramping up rapidly by adding a considerable number of new stackable dumpsters, which allows us to grow revenue and save money, as well as travel time.”
A roll-off is typically a large, rectangular dumpster bin with an open-top design outfitted with wheels for mobility. Normally carried by specialized trucks, roll-offs are commonly used to transport loads of construction and/or demolition debris from building or renovation sites.
“This is just another example of how we have demonstrated our ability to make accretive acquisitions, effectively integrate and organically grow these companies,” Paveglio said. “We are in active discussions with several other accretive acquisition targets and look forward to announcing them later this year."
