Extending its local embrace, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty recently acquired the Indian Harbour Beach offices of Prudential Sterling Properties, gaining 65 agents and staff to better serve clients in Indian River and Brevard counties.
“Prudential Sterling Properties is one of the most highly respected real estate brokerages in the area,” Rei Mesa, Florida Realty’s president and CEO, said. “The firm is known for strong leadership, skilled and well-trained agents and a long list of loyal customers. We’re proud to welcome these professionals to the Florida Realty family.”
Equipping the firm to handle customers along Florida’s Space Coast and Treasure Coast, the acquisition will take advantage of the talents of the brokerage’s existing professionals, with veterans Barbara Wall and Nancy Taylor continuing as associates.
“Florida Realty’s core values and vision are an excellent match for our team,” Wall said. “We are excited to join forces with Rei Mesa and the team, and to continue our long-standing tradition of growth with exceptional service.”
Taylor echoed the sentiment, stating that the new brand would “resonate extremely well with … customers and sales professionals alike.”
Florida Realty has made a strategic series of purchases since joining parent company Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, based in Irvine, California in 2013, with acquisitions spanning Vero Beach, St. Lucie County, and the Sarasota and Orlando areas.
