Century 21 Blue Marlin lands six new agents in Destin

Destin-based real estate firm Century 21 Fine Homes & Estates Blue Marlin recently welcomed half a dozen talented agents to its ranks, including Paula Beauchemin, Donna Clark, Steve Clark, Shannon Helmuth, Victoria Hughes and Paul Malsky.


Destin-based real estate firm Century 21 Fine Homes & Estates Blue Marlin recently welcomed half a dozen talented agents to its ranks, including Paula Beauchemin, Donna Clark, Steve Clark, Shannon Helmuth, Victoria Hughes and Paul Malsky.

Paula Beauchemin has been a licensed realtor for over a decade as well as a licensed mortgage banker for three years. 

Donna Clark, with a B.S. in organizational leadership, has a “supportive husband [and] two beautiful daughters” and has run her own business for 20 years.

National Association of Realtors member Steve Clark grew up in Fort Walton Beach, graduated from University of West Florida with a double major in biology and math, and has also been a small business owner for the past 10 years. 

Shannon Helmuth graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School. Excelling in the service industry, she ran Sea Breeze Cleaning Co., achieving high sales for over five years.

A 29-year veteran of the real estate industry, Victoria Hughes served as president of Canopy Crossing Property Owners Association from 2012-15 and currently acts as secretary/treasurer for Gulf Cemetery in Santa Rosa Beach. 

Paul Malsky, a retinal surgeon, practiced medicine in Albany, Georgia for 30 years while investing in Northwest Florida real estate. He graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.

Century 21 Blue Marlin maintains its offices at 607 Harbor Blvd. in Destin.
