For the second consecutive year, Jacksonville, Florida-based workforce solutions provider Pontoon announced recently that it has earned the top spot as global managed service provider (MSP) by HRO Today following an annual “Baker’s Dozen” customer satisfaction survey in Chicago.
Achieving first place in categories of both quality and quantity, Pontoon emerged as the clear leader with a top overall score as well.
“We’re humbled and honored to receive this recognition from our customers,” Mike Wachholz, Pontoon’s president, said. “Pontoon was founded on delivering outstanding customer service and it remains an essential part of our heritage and corporate culture.”
Wachholz praised his staff, calling the high rate of customer satisfaction a tremendous achievement.
“My heartfelt thanks go out to the Pontoon team for their hard work, and to our valued clients for providing us with open and honest feedback,” he said.
Distinguishing the contest is the method behind the survey. HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Survey is unique among industry polls in that it judges entrants based exclusively on feedback from buyers, creating an interesting point of view and exciting scoring technique.
"Pontoon was the first company to integrate all aspects of their global service delivery model for MSP offering customers, even those with the largest and most complex multi-country programs, an excellent and seamless service experience that is paying dividends in their consistent and industry leading rankings," Elliot Clark, CEO of HRO Today Magazine, said.
