Florida’s National Waste Management Holdings appoints Gooldy to board

Hernando-based National Waste Management Holdings Inc. recently named Kirsten Gooldy to its board of directors to assist the company during an anticipated period of growth.


Hernando-based National Waste Management Holdings Inc. recently named Kirsten Gooldy to its board of directors to assist the company during an anticipated period of growth.

Bringing two decades of experience in corporate finance and compliance, Gooldy currently works as chief compliance officer at Naples-based FTE Networks Inc., where her duties include internal compliance procedures and regulatory matters. Previously, she served as CFO for Powerstorm ESS along with executive positions for the Gaea Group, the DiBari Group, and U.S. TelePacific Corp.

"We are pleased to welcome Kirsten Gooldy to the board of directors, where her experience with a variety of public and private companies, with revenues ranging from start up through $500 million, will be extremely valuable as we prepare to list on a national exchange,” National Waste Management Holdings CEO Louis Paveglio said.

National Waste Management Holdings Inc. is a vertically integrated provider of landfill, roll-off, mulch and recycling services along Florida's west coast, as well as in upstate New York.

“[Gooldy] has developed, implemented and led teams and organizations through key strategic initiatives, international expansion, aggressive growth strategies, complex restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as successful profitability initiatives,” Paveglio said. “This experience will be especially valuable as we enter the next phase of growth, both organic and through acquisitions."
