Gainesville has hit a home run, so to speak, with the recent appointment of native-born Kevin Conner to the team of Alba & Yochim P.A., with a focus on family law, probate and business law.
Born at Alachua General Hospital and bred right in the city of Gainesville, Conner graduated from Buchholz High School and went on to earn both his undergraduate and advanced degrees from Florida institutions. As a native, Conner is right at home with the Gainesville firm, which also specializes in estate planning and personal injury cases.
Previously, Conner worked at Creed & Gowdy P.A. in Jacksonville, as well as Wells Fargo and AutoZone. With dual law and business degrees, he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida prior to obtaining a law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law and an MBA with honors from Jacksonville University.
While attending Florida Coastal School of Law, Conner served as managing editor of the Florida Coastal Law Review.
Alba & Yochim’s main office is in downtown Gainesville, with an auxiliary branch located in Ocala. The company prides itself on its “compassionate yet aggressive approach,” treating each case individually and customizing strategy to fit clients’ needs within each of its practice areas.
