James Moore, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, a Florida consulting firm with three regional branches, recently brought on a half-dozen new staffers and announced one promotion from within their Gainesville practice’s office.
Debbie Cronin will be among the first team members to greet clients as a new receptionist, with over 11 years of administrative experience. She previously worked at North Florida Christian School as senior secretary.
Travis Swanger joins the team as data entry assistant, having served in an array of customer service and support positions. He will handle mailings and organizational tasks in the accounting and controlling services department (ACS).
Samantha Argus-Boylard will also serve as data entry assistant, with prior experience as a front office staffer for CASA, where she also handled case management and crisis intervention.
Janice Kaplan, the firm’s new content marketing specialist, brings 15 years of planning and delivering copy, including stints at Optym as a senior marketing writer. Kaplan will create and manage website and social media material as well as special events.
Jennifer DiCapua will support the firm as marketing coordinator, with expertise gained in advertising, graphic design and web design over the past 15 years.
Asja Long will provide overall support as an office assistant, including document and supplies management, and serve as back-up receptionist.
James Moore is also pleased to announce the promotion of Blair Westfall, who has been with the firm since 2015, to full-time receptionist.
Established in 1964, James Moore specializes in tax, auditing, accounting, consulting and wealth management services, with offices in Daytona Beach, Gainesville and Tallahassee.
