Free tickets to see Jay Leno, an awards luncheon, and a 100th birthday party are among events on tap for the upcoming Florida Realtors 2016 Convention & Trade Expo set for Aug. 24-28 in Orlando.

“Celebration100,” slated for the Rosen Shingle Creek resort, offers the Sunshine State’s real estate pros educational and networking potential as well as a unique opportunity to mark a century of dedication and service.

"The last 100 years have been a time of momentous change for Florida's real estate industry," 2016 Florida Realtors president Matey Veissi, broker and co-owner of Miami’s Veissi & Associates, said. "Florida Realtors have been at the forefront of that change, advocating for a more regulated and professional industry. We're proud to be an integral part of the history and growth of the Sunshine State, and we look forward to our next 100 years."

Planned seminar topics will range from trends and sales improvements to the latest in digital marketing. Participants can concentrate on preferred subject areas including technology, trends, productivity, personal growth, broker instruction and continuing education.

One complimentary ticket for a general session with comic Jay Leno on Aug. 26 is automatically included with full convention registration; one additional ticket can be purchased by full convention attendees for $50.

“Leading industry experts will share their moneymaking tips, success strategies and marketing techniques, plus it's a chance to commemorate our 100th anniversary,” Veissi said. “This is a 'can't-miss-this' business opportunity for every realtor in the state."
