Weston, Florida-based Ultimate Software, provider of cloud-based human capital management solutions, announced recently that its branded UltiPro platform has been successfully utilized by the nonprofit Anderson Center for Autism to retain talent and evaluate competency.
The Anderson Center is located in Staatsburg, New York, with a school, residential campus and programs across three counties. Before contracting with Ultimate Software, the facilities had depended on local, paper-driven recordkeeping for HR. Since 2012, Anderson has transitioned gradually to the cloud-based UltiPro with positive results.
“Within a week of activating UltiPro’s predictive analytics tools, we were able to identify essential employees at risk of leaving and take action,” Gregg Paulk, Anderson’s director of information technologies, said. “We immediately found out the UltiPro Retention Predictor tool was accurate and used the insight to retain key talent in several instances.”
Paulk added that the tool has diminished downtime for HR and payroll procedures as well as having helped its geographically diverse work pool centralize their connection to the organization. UltiPro is enabling the nonprofit to save both time and money, he said, with the added benefit of staff being able to devote more time to training and certification.
