With a newly enhanced pre-admission screening and resident review program (PASRR), APS Healthcare recently refashioned its identity as part of the KEPRO family of companies, stressing the firm’s commitment to service value for Florida members.

From its Tallahassee base, APS — whose name stands for Agency for Persons with Disabilities — has served Florida residents since 2007, championing appropriate mental health care through a comprehensive evaluation system. Acquired by KEPRO in May 2015, the firm has embraced its parent company’s values and access to quality service by utilizing KEPRO’s own system of individualized health care solutions.

To underscore the new identity, KEPRO launched a new website emphasizing user-friendly content for Florida patients and their providers. APS emphasized that as KEPRO, it will continue to work with the Florida Department of Children and Families to build healthier communities through the PASRR program.

"This change really emphasizes our dedication to providing additional value to meet specific needs," Joseph Dougher, KEPRO’s president and CEO, said. "KEPRO continuously delivers on our promise of providing Intelligent Value and this new website and its functionality does just that."

KEPRO, a comprehensive and customizable health care management company, is headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, with a nationwide network.
