To accelerate auction property sales, a new division of Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate (CBCSRE) has opened its doors for business as Saunders Auctions LLC, CBCSRE president Dean Saunders announced recently in Lakeland.
“Auctions are an efficient and effective way to sell real property at fair market value,” Saunders said. “We recognize the need for this service from our existing clients and the market as a whole.”
The new entity sprang from teamwork between Saunders and Plant City’s Auction Consulting Experts (ACE), a trio of experienced auction professionals including Joseph Nolan, John Haney, and Earl Williams.
“We have created a high energy organization combining the power of CBCSRE with the knowledge and experience of the ACE team” Nolan, Saunders Auctions LLC president, said. “This is a win-win for our sellers and buyers.”
ACE and Saunders Real Estate (SRE) premiered their joint enterprise with an offering of nine condominiums located in Steinhatchee, yielding approximately half a million dollars in sales — plus closings accomplished within 30 days.
“We recognized the synergy between our two firms and it just seemed natural to create a firm that could build on this success,” John Haney, ACE president and broker, said.
The new company plans its next auction for Aug. 26 in Fort Myers, with an 11-acre commercial development parcel in a rapidly growing region.
