Alliance BioEnergy Plus Inc., which develops and markets cellulose conversion technology in West Palm Beach, announced earlier this week its newly signed agreement to engage Tampa-based DcR Engineering Services Inc. (DCR) for sales and marketing support.
DCR, serving chemical, fertilizer, food and utility industries, will deliver Alliance’s patented process to both its existing client base and potential customers in various industrial and commercial markets. Specifically, DCR will lend engineering, installation and maintenance service to both companies’ customers while keeping an eye on prospective enterprises planning to construct new ethanol and sugar plants.
As per the firms’ initial Letter of Intent (LOI), the contract will cover over 200 existing ethanol plants nationwide as well as new facilities. DCR will provide sales personnel and act as liaison between Alliance and processing plants; as well as the design and assembly of components used in the creation of a portable demonstration unit.
“I am extremely pleased that DCR, after extensive due diligence and discussions with their client base, has agreed to introduce their client base to the Alliance CTS Process and to join Alliance in bringing the CTS Process to the ethanol and sugar industries,” Alliance CEO Daniel de Liege said. “This is a win-win for all, DCR and Alliance, but most of all for the Alliance shareholders.”
Major commercial and civic clients include Tropicana, Purina Petcare, GM, U.S. Sugar, Domino Sugar, General Mills, Florida Power & Light, TECO, Duke Energy, Florida Crystals, the cities of Orlando and Tampa, Orange County and more.
