The Premier Property Group, based in Miramar Beach, recently revealed its three newest associates for its various local offices located along the Florida Panhandle’s Gulf-side Route 30A: Emily Thurman, Scott Cotner-Young and Jimmy Caden.
Thurman, along with Cotner-Young, will work at the WaterColor office, while Caden shores up the Seacrest office. After studying hospitality at the University of Tennessee, Thurman spent eight years in retail and restaurant management. Acting on her passion for architecture and design, she obtained her real estate license in 2010.
Kentucky native Cotner-Young, who now resides in South Walton, began his career with Sibcy Cline Realtors of Cincinnati. With his multi-state connections, he is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors, Kentucky Association of Realtors, and the Northern Kentucky Association of Realtors.
Nashville native Caden graduated from the University of Mississippi and came to Florida in January, previously having been a licensed realtor in Tennessee. He will focus on residential and commercial listings for Premier.
Proudly serving the real estate market from Destin to Panama City Beach “and everything in between,” Premier Property Group’s main office is located at 495 Grand Blvd., Suite 201J in Miramar Beach.
