With approximately 100,000 customers facing post-storm conditions, Tampa-based American Integrity Insurance Company (AIIC) has readied a team to help its clients recover from any damage in the wake of this week’s Hurricane Matthew.
Company spokespersons emphasized that the firm is prepared to handle claims with a fully staffed, dedicated phone line at 1-844-MyAllC1 (692-5521), available 24-seven. The company has also updated its website to help customers find resources quickly.
“We’re prepared to respond quickly and efficiently to our policyholders,” Robert Ritchie, American Integrity Insurance Company’s president and CEO, said. “They’re counting on us to help them get their homes and lives back in order after a loss.”
The firm encourages residents to plan ahead for storms and stay educated on available outcome solutions. For optimum year-round preparation, it recommends keeping an updated home inventory to track possessions for replacement value; creating an evacuation plan and emergency supply kit; moving outdoor objects such as furniture inside; and tending to tree damage as soon as possible following adverse weather.
“Our company is financially prepared to weather the storm, with capital and financial partners who stand ready to serve a storm of any size,” Ritchie said. “American Integrity Insurance is committed to expediting the recovery process for our customers.”
American Integrity provides coverage for traditional home policies, condominiums and manufactured homes as well as vacant or seasonal homes.
