Automotive dealership trade firm MD Johnson Inc. recently welcomed Linda Barnette to their team in West Palm Beach as principal and manager.
Barnette, who brings sales expertise and a valuable roster of dealer relationships to her new position, will handle transactions, valuation and intermediary services for MD Johnson. She is described by colleagues as able to reach the unreachable and her industry-specific skill with deal negotiation and cultivation of rapport with dealerships made her a logical choice for the position.
"In addition to Linda's portfolio and deep relationships, her ability to understand deal chemistry and what matters most to dealer principals makes her an outstanding asset to our firm, our team members and especially our clients," MD Johnson President Mark Johnson said.
While advising Chrysler Corporation on assisting dealers in a previous position, Barnette developed the Dealer Image Implementation Report (DIIR), a model useful for compliance. She is often called upon to serve as a keynote speaker for automotive conferences.
MD Johnson serves franchised vehicle and motor sports dealers nationwide and is comprised solely of former auto and motor sports dealers.
