The southwest Florida branch of homebuilder Dr. Horton recently said its Creekside Preserve, nestled between a nature preserve and an historic creek, now has its final series of carriage homes available in the gated Fort Myers community.

Each carriage house is built as a corner unit, affording maximum privacy on the site bordered by the Estero Bay Nature Preserve and Mullock Creek. Abundant natural lighting is provided by windows included on three sides of every home.

In addition to interior amenities, residents can enjoy a pool, clubhouse, fitness center and beauty of the natural surroundings. Creekside Preserve is easily accessible from major thoroughfares, shopping, leisure areas and beaches.

A pair of floor plan options and flexible move-in dates can be adapted to buyers’ needs, with an emphasis on casual common space suitable for entertaining. The 1,402-square-foot Capri model comes with two bedrooms and two baths, a den and one-car garage; while the 1,661-square-foot Ravello design offers three bedrooms, two baths, a den and an open-concept living area.

The public is welcome to tour the site’s model homes. For information, contact Lisa Stamm-Buchmann at 239-313-8854.
