The St. Petersburg Arts Alliance and the city of St. Petersburg will host the 3rd annual St. Petersburg Holiday of the Arts, which features hundreds of pieces of timeless and creative homemade artwork, on Dec. 17-18 in South Straub Park.
Artisans from across Florida and the United States will gather for the third annual event that highlights the craftsmanship and uniqueness offered by each artist.
Visitors to the St. Petersburg Holiday of the Arts will have a chance to view and purchase paintings, sculptures, jewelry, glass, ceramics, fiber and wearable art, photography, digital art, mixed-media, metalwork, woodworking and more. The styles are diverse, offering price points at all levels. Whether buyers collect items themselves, or plan to gift the items, shoppers will find extraordinary work from which to choose.
The creators of each piece will be present at the festival, many of whom have work showcased in noteworthy private art collections and public institutions.
The event is free and will run from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Dec. 17 and 18. There is no charge for parking.
