The results of a $40 million renovation to the Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa in Florida should be obvious as soon as guests begin gracing the 11-story hotel’s lobby in January.

The updated hotel features floor-to-ceiling windows and an entryway and reception area studded with nautical-themed details mirroring the surrounding landscape on Marco Island, which has been touted as a top travel destination.

From penthouse to poolside, oversize luxury family suites with connecting rooms are available, with enhanced vistas of the gulf coast perfect for vacations for couples or families.

The property’s centerpiece is a Brazilian hardwood deck that boasts 102 outdoor seats for The Deck at 560 Bar & Restaurant. Even the pool, lined with Italian tile, reinforces the venue’s luxury perception.

"The upgrades were specially crafted in a way that intertwines sensory-driven luxury and modern conveniences, while maintaining the property's indelible charm and welcoming spirit," Andrea Olshan, CEO of Olshan Properties, the property's owner/manager, said.
