Leadership St. Pete names its 2017 class

Leadership St. Pete (LSP), part of the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce and its foundation, named nearly 40 area leaders to its Class of 2017 at last week's LSP Alumni Association Holiday Social.

Leadership St. Pete is a six-month program designed to groom the next generation of leaders and apply their brainpower to solve not only social and political issues, but business and economic ones, as well.

“This year’s class is comprised of a diverse group of individuals who are eager to learn more about St. Petersburg and through their class project leave a lasting impact on our community,” Class Chair Paul Stellrecht said. “Members of the Class of 2017 can look forward to a series of new experiences that will embrace all the unique opportunities that LSP and St. Petersburg has to offer.”

St. Petersburg area leaders named to the LSP Class of 2017 are Michael Seleman Albert, United States Air Force/Delta Airlines; Shaun Narayan Amarnani, city of St. Petersburg; Ben Blackman, SmashFly; Jonathan Heller Bowman, Harmony Home Health; Catherine Cardwell, University of South Florida St. Petersburg; Sarah Colby, Biltmore Construction Inc.; Jamelle Jeane Conner, St. Petersburg College; and Allyson Marie Crawford, Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital.

Other leaders named to the Class of 2017 are Adam Michael Curtis, Freedom Bank; Tiffany Leigh Davies, Girl Scouts of West Central Florida; Delphinia Noel Davis, James B Sanderlin Family Service Center; Caroline Craig Dunkle, Bank of the Ozarks; Ian Edward Elston, Tampa Bay Club Sport; Michael Funsch, RBC Wealth Management; Andrea Gordon, Times Publishing Company; and JerJuan Green, Virginia M. Leonard Community Education Center.
