The Fort Meyers law firm of Henderson Franklin, Starnes & Holt recently named attorney William Boltrek as a stockholder, the firm said in a news release.
Relocating from New York, Boltrek has been with the firm since 2013. He focuses on insurance litigation and handles cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slips and falls, premises liability and tractor-trailer accidents for insurance companies cities and private clients, the release, posted on the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce website, said.
"He is a hands-on attorney who is skilled at finding the best strategy and solution for his clients," Russell Schropp, Henderson Franklin's managing stockholder. said in the release.
Attorney Micheal Carso, chair of Henderson Franklin's tort and insurance litigation division said Boltrek is a highly skilled trial attorney. "His professionalism, responsiveness and experience in analyzing and handling complex litigation matters make him a valuable asset to his clients and our firm, " Carso said.
Boltrek is a member of the Florida Association of Police, Lee County Bar Association, Florida Defense Lawyers Association and Defense Research Institute. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of New York at Buffalo and his law degree from Quinnipiac University.
