Next Level Administrators has new vice president of claims

Bradenton-based Next Level Administrators (NLA), a workers’ compensation claims and program administration firm dedicated to data-focused claims, recently announced the promotion of Lisa Wagner to vice president of claims.

“Lisa’s leadership as director of claims over the past year and a half has been integral to ensuring our operational infrastructure supported the growth Next Level Administrators has experienced since its inception,” Andy Olwert, president of Next Level Administrators, said in a release. “This elevated role better reflects the responsibilities and duties Lisa has been performing on behalf of NLA. We look forward to her continued contributions to our success.”

During her 25 years in the insurance field, Wagner has been involved in a number of associations and conferences, the release said. She is an active committee member of the Florida Workers’ Compensation Institute.

In her new position, Wagner will continue working to oversee the claim management, claim operations, compliance and client relations areas for the firm. She holds an all lines adjuster license in a number of states and has received a Board Certification in Workers’ Compensation designation, the release said.
