Balconies, bedrooms and baths will be on display during this month's Parade of Homes Tampa Bay.
With a peek into the home of Tobin Green, owner of AADMIXX, a local Urban Progressive Design + Build Studio participating in the event, attendees can view customized built-in features, high-end appliances and other features at the home at 400 S. Orleans Ave. in Tampa's historic Old Hyde Park district. Green’s 3,100-square-foot, three-story hosue features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a two-story foyer and upscale outdoor living space, as well as innovative interior design features, according to a press release.
Cultivating a new line of home design intended to incorporate cultural influences into urban life through architectural expression, AADMIXX is offering tours of Green's home through April 30. Green used the services of Boyd Construction Co. to create the house.
“Our brand stands alone as both a residential aesthetic and a reflection of our ideal clients’ flavorful lifestyle,” Green, who also serves as the company’s manager, said in an announcement.
The 2017 Tampa Bay Parade of Homes is sponsored by the Tampa Bay Builders Association (TBBA) and offers consumers and real estate industry stakeholders a chance to tour many additional venues during the month.
