Front Street adds five team members

Five new associates have recently joined Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group.

The new team members are Berardo Garcia as an associate director in Tallahassee, Evie Linger as a property management associate in Gainesville, Bobby Nickels as an associate director in Jacksonville, Tim Rogers as an associate director in Orlando and Kierra Wilson as a client relations associate in Gainesville, according to a news announcement.

Garcia has experience with and knowledge of the Tallahassee commercial real estate market through his work as an intern for the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Tallahassee.

Linger is a senior at the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida and plans to obtain her real estate sales associate license after graduation.

Nickels became interested in real estate and moved to Jacksonville after leading a student housing project in the Pennsylvania State College area.

Rogers relocated to Florida after graduating from Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. He has a passion for community service.

Wilson is a native of South Florida and has lived in Gainesville for eight years. She has experience in event planning, administration and communication.

“We take great pride in our team approach and I am personally proud to lead such an amazing group of people,” Front Street Managing Director Nick Banks said in the announcement. “Our new team members will continue to build upon the foundation our exiting team has built.”

The Florida-based commercial real estate service firm provides its clients with brokerage, mortgage banking and property management solutions.
