Thomas Howell Ferguson P.A. CPAs has added three new accountants to the firm’s Tallahassee and Tampa offices.
The firm, which offers professional accounting, assurance and tax services, welcomed Becca Collins, Jorge Rivera and Brett Gilman, according to a press release.
Collins, originally from Tampa, holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of South Florida (USF) and is working on her master’s degree in accounting, audit and systems at USF. She will be working in the Tampa office and is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) as well as the Institute of Internal Auditors.
Rivera is a Bonita Springs native and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida Gulf Coast University and a master’s in business administration from Florida Southern College. He will work in the firm’s Tallahassee office as a senior accountant in the tax services department. Rivera is a member of the FICPA and Rotary International.
Gilman, a native of Clearwater, has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Florida State University. He will serve as a staff accountant in assurance services in the firm’s Tallahassee office. Gilman is also a member of the FICPA.
